WCI's Exterior Finishes Division specializes in the application of many exterior finishes. These include Cast Stone Veneer, Exterior Insulation & Finish System (EIFS),and Thin Brick.
Cast stone has the appearance of a 4" to 6" thick heavy rock in a veneer (thin) system. The stone is a mixture of cement, lightweight aggregate, and manufactured in a variety of colors, textures, and styles that range from river rock to ledge stone.
EIFS (Exterior Insulation & Finish System) also known as synthetic stucco, is a multi-layered exterior barrier system designed to prevent moisture intrusion through exterior walls. It consists of expanded polystyrene foam insulation that has been toweled over with base coat, a layer of mesh and finally a finish coat.
Thin brick is a system that incorporates ½" thick kiln fired bricks that are attached to a foam panel system with adhesive. The ease of installation and the lightweight property of thin brick make it a very cost effective alternative to full-size brick.
