Glassfiber Reinforced Gypsum

Glassfiber Reinforced Gypsum (GRG) is a non-combustible and extremely versatile product used to fabricate a potentially unlimited number of custom designed lightweight interior plaster finishes and shapes (i.e. column surrounds, ceiling panels, decorative plaster moldings, interior domes, barrel vault ceilings, light troughs, crown moldings, casings.)

 GRG is composed of gypsum plaster that is strengthened with integrated fiberglass fibers. This combination of materials provides amazing strength, density, and hardness to the plaster allowing WCI to fabricate shapes with a nominal 3/16" thickness. The lightweight property of the GRG fabrications dramatically enhances its installation; and, because of the added fiberglass strength, the fabrications are very durable
