Thin brick is a system that incorporates a ½" thick kiln fired brick, the face sizes are the same as conventional brick and therefore, when in place, give the appearance of a conventional brick masonry wall. This system of bricks are attached to a foam panel system with adhesive. The ease of installation and the lightweight property of thin brick make it a very cost effective alternative to full-size brick. The lightweight property also make it possible to install on walls where heavy brick is may not be supported.
